The 6 Week Program, is a fitness program to keep you disciplined, and on track, to be your hottest, fittest self. It is 75% fitness and 25% self defense. Each week you are able to do 1-2 classes per week in personalized group training sessions with your sensei, and we may track your diet, weight and progress along the way to monitor your success.
